I know you’re curious about what a project is going to cost. But pricing varies depending on the situation.
For example, the same amount of patch work that’s up high on a ceiling, as opposed to low on a wall, will run a little more since there would be more prep work, and more ladder work.
For patching, I have a minimum of $75 to $100, depending on if the patch requires drywall material or just custom texturing.
I can generally give a good ballpark figure over the phone, especially with some pictures and measurements.
Larger jobs I can give an idea over phone, but I’d prefer to come out and assess before giving you a firm price and scheduling the project.
